HOA dues for BALMORAL are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 30th. To make a payment please go to the PAY ASSESSMENT page located under the ACCOUNT INFORMATION tab. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form with can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the OUR COMMUNITY tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to email@example.com.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the OUR COMMUNITY tab to find a copy of the budget.
Sidewalks, Entryways, Stairways, and Common Area:
Pursuant to Article II, Section 2.13 of the Declaration, sidewalks, entryways, and stairways shall not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than pedestrian walkways. Common Areas shall not be used for any purpose other than as intended and shall not be altered without express written approval from the Board.
Garbage and Personal Items:
No Large items shall be placed in the community dumpsters (including mattresses, furniture, or other large items), and no large personal items shall be left on the Common Areas or on the Lots.
RV Storage Area:
Owners may only use the RV storage area subject to entering into the RV Parking Contract with the Association. Please contact us for more information.
Each Unit has two covered stalls for Owner parking. All uncovered stalls shall be used only as short-term visitor parking. Owners shall not park their vehicles in the zones painted red. No vehicle shall be parked in a manner that obstructs the flow of traffic along the common roads and streets.
No recreational vehicles or trailers (including flat-bed and / or work trailers) shall be parked in the short-term visitor parking or covered parking areas.
All pets must remain on a leash when they are on the Common Areas, and upon any Lot where the yard area is not fully enclosed. Pet owners shall pick up all pet droppings immediately and dispose of such droppings properly. Pet droppings on individual Lots must be picked up on a regular basis to prevent unsightliness and odor. Pet Owners shall not permit excess noise from pets, including barking or other noises that disturb residents.
