Our goal as an HOA is to create a safe and welcoming environment to all our residents and exercising wise financial practices to build a healthy long term reserve fund, which will sustain and promote strong property values. HOA dues for BROOKLINE CONDOMINIUMS are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 15th. To make a payment please go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. For more payment options please click here. To view your account balance and history please visit the ACCOUNT HISTORY page.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab to find a copy of the budget.
Utilities that the Owners Pay:
Gas, Electricity, Sewer, Trash Phone

Electricity and Trash: Springville City, 801-489-2706
Paid TV services if desired
Utilities that the HOA Pays:
Water, Internet, Access to HD TV Antenna on roof of buildings
Trash day is Monday, except for Federal Holidays. (Subject to change by Springville City).

Maintenance / Emergencies:
Please see the MAINTENANCE page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. For all exterior maintenance issues or emergencies call Advantage Management at 801-235-7368. The HOA does not maintain the inside of the homes or AC units.
Rentals are allowed. No short term leases are allowed. Owners leasing or lending their units will provide a copy of these Rules and Regulations to the prospective occupants, and advise them of their duty to follow them. To protect all residents, a background check on all prospective renters should be done by the landlord or their agent. Any occupant deemed to be a hazard to the community may be required, by the HOA Board, to be evicted from the property at the rental owner’s expense.
Garages shall be used for the parking of one vehicle and at no time shall a garage be used for storage of any kind that would preclude the parking of one vehicle.
