HOA dues for FIVE STAR CONDOMINIUMS are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 15th. To make a payment please go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab to find a copy of the budget.
Each resident is allowed to park up to 2 vehicles on the property at any time. Residents are required to park one car in their garage and one on their driveway. If
desired you can contact the HOA Board at email@example.com to inquire about renting an extra stall next to the club house. Garage is not to be used mainly for storage of personal items. Room would be left for one vehicle to park inside the garage and any additional vehicle to be parked in front owner's garage door. (Tandem parking) Nor to use flex visitor parking for extra vehicle. Residents are not to use the marked visitor parking spaces for themselves (Signage indicates not for Five Star or Brookline residents. For visitors ONLY).
To comply with the City Noise Ordinance, special attention must be given to noise control during the hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Every resident, however, should always use consideration and common sense to keep noise at a reasonable level. No boisterous activity, loud talking, or loud music is permitted. Volume of radios, TV sets, stereos, and musical instruments must be kept at a reasonable level at all times to avoid disturbing other residents. Owners and lessees are responsible at all times for the reasonable conduct of their family members, guests, and representatives or agents.
Signage is to comply with applicable city ordinances. Signs are not allowed in the grass, but may be displayed in windows facing outwards.
All smoking must be at least 25 feet from any buildings. No cigarette butts should be found in the common area. Please throw them away in proper covered trash receptacles, ashtrays are not proper trash receptacles.
Refuse, garbage and trash shall be kept at all times in a city regulation trash receptacle. Such containers shall be kept in the garage. Trash receptacles should be returned to their storage place within 24 hours of trash pick-up. All trash needs to be in a container/plastic bag to be placed in your trash can. No loose garbage in trash can and the lid needs to be closed when placing out on trash pick-up day.
Pets, including but not limited to dogs, must be attended to and under the control of a responsible person at all times. Dogs must be on a leash whenever in a common area. Animals may not be leashed to stationary objects in the common areas while unattended. Pet owners are not to allow their pets to create nuisances in common and limited common areas. To ensure the community environment remains pleasant for all, residents who walk their pets on the grounds must clean up after their pets immediately. Failure to do so will result in fines levied on the pet owner by the Association.
Snow removal is done if the height is over Two (2) inches. Snow shovels and a bucket with ice melt will be delivered (2 per building) before the snow falls. Residents can remove the snow/ice on their own if under two inches.
According to Rules and Regulations: Exterior Appearance, 4.4, Holiday appropriate decorations may be placed up to 8 weeks before the holiday and must be removed within 8 weeks of the holiday.
The Pool/Clubhouse belongs to the Brookline community. However, Five Star residents can purchase a pool pass for the summer.
