HOA dues for GATEWAY VILLAGE are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th. To make a payment please go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to email@example.com.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab to find a copy of the budget.
2 vehicles (car/truck) per home. Boars, campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted to be parked in the complex. No vehicle may block or impede the roads in the Gateway Village Community. No vehicle may be parked along the red curbing. These re curbs are “No Parking Zones.” Any vehicle parked along a red curb will be towed at the owner’s expense without warning. Unassigned parking is on a first come first serve basis for both Condos and Townhouses. All unassigned parking spots are painted with white lines.
Smoking is prohibited within 25 feet of the entrance to any building. This includes townhouse porches and patios, condo balconies, stairwells and hallways of all buildings. Smoking is also prohibited in the common areas of the Gateway Village including the clubhouse, pool area, pavilion, sport court and playgrounds. Owners should be aware cigarette butts left on the ground are considered litter and will be fined as such.
Cats, Dogs and other normal household pets are allowed in the Gateway Village. All cats and dogs outside a unit must be on a leash and accompanied by an owner. Owners are responsible for the cleanup and disposal of any mess made by their pet. This includes animal waste. Animal waste not cleaned up by the owner is subject to fines. Owners are also responsible for keeping their pets quiet.
