• Flu like symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, and fatigue
• Shortness of breath
• Or have been in contact with a person with a confirmed case of Coronavirus.

While in our Office:

• Practice social distancing (maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from our staff or other persons in the office).
• Wear a mask
• Sneeze or cough into your elbow
• No shaking hands or engaging on unnecessary physical contact
