HOA dues for LAKERIDGE ESTATES CONDOMINIUMS are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 30th. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab to find a copy of the budget.
Owners must have pets on leashes at all times. We respectfully request that any owners with complaints about pets not on leashes notify the Orem Animal Control department, whereupon they will fine any owners for infractions of leash laws.
There are no assigned parking places on the street. First come, first served. Nobody is allowed to save a street parking place with cones. There is no parking in any designated red zone, as the Orem Fire Dept. has declared it not wide enough for emergency vehicles entering the property if we park in the red zone. Overflow parking is not to be used for abandoned vehicles. If you, or anyone you know, is currently occupying a space in the overflow parking with an unused vehicle, please notify the Management Committee so we can have it towed at the owner’s expense.
The dumpster is shared by all owners. ALL boxes must be flattened before dumping. The dumpster is to be used for common household waste and NOT for construction debris, very large items, appliances, etc. If you know you will be dumping more than usual in the dumpster, please have the courtesy to do so on Wednesday evenings as the dumpster is picked up on Thursday mornings. Owners not abiding by these rules might be fined for the cost of an extra pick-up.
We contract out for landscaping and snow removal. However, owners and/or tenants are responsible to beautify the strip of land adjacent to garages with flowers and/or shrubs. NOTE: this area is NOT to be used for stacked firewood. In some cases, flowerbeds are also allowed below kitchen windows. Owners must maintain these areas tastefully. The Management Committee reserves the right to ask you to remove any items not deemed tasteful or not adhering to these rules. You may NOT plant trees or shrubs in any common area without prior written permission by the Management Committee. You may NOT place any appliances (air conditioners) or antennas on common grounds or rooftops without written permission from the Management Committee.
Tasteful decorations for the holidays are permitted and encouraged. However, please be mindful of your neighbors. No tacky or offensive decorations are allowed. The Management Committee reserves the right to ask owners to remove any offensive decorations from the common grounds.
All front porches are to remain clear, and any delivered parcels must be removed as soon as possible. No diaper pails, no sidewalk salt containers, no advertising (including campaign posters), and no permanent decorations allowed. Remember the common areas outside your front door are owned by ALL owners of the condo association and not just the owner of the condo. Please be respectful and mindful to keep common areas clean and free of items. EXCEPTION: tasteful decorations during the holiday season are permitted.
