Welcome to our community website. The website was developed to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to explore the features available on this site, and to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
HOA dues for THE LODGES AT BEAR HOLLOW are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 10th. To make a payment please go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Pool and Hot Tubs:
The Clubhouse Pool is open every year for the spring/summer season from May until mid September. The Clubhouse hot tub is open all year, weather permitting, along with the three Lodges at Bear Hollow hot tubs located throughout our community. Please be courteous and respect all Clubhouse rules as we share these facilities with the Bear Hollow Village master community, and our Lodges at Bear Hollow rules for our hot tubs.

Utilities Covered by HOA: Water, Sewer, Natural Gas, Basic Cable and Internet. Unit owner pays for unit gas, power, additional cable/internet services.

Water/Trash: Republic Services pick up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Trash receptacles are located in the garages. Please inform any renters or guests that all trash is to be left in the trash receptacles located in the garages. We want to make this a clean and inviting community for all.

Rentals: No restrictions except limit on occupancy (eight person maximum per unit)
Pets: 2 pets per unit. Please remember to keep your pets on a leash at all times and use the waste receptacles placed throughout the development. Reminder: pet owners can be fined up to $100 per incident for not picking up after their pet.
Pool/Spa: Shared pool, 1 spa per building. Key access only.
Call for Pool or Clubhouse Keys. All Seasons manages the rentals.
Replacement Costs: $50 flat rate for key fob, hot tub key and garage door remote replacement. Fee doubles for every replacement. $25 for parking permit replacement. Each unit is only allotted 1 parking stall inside of the garage, 1 garage remote, 2 parking permits to hang in the rear view mirror, 2 key fobs, and 2 hot tub keys. These limits are in place for security reasons.
Parking Sticker/ Tags:
No more than 2 cars per unit may be parked, at any one time, in the Lodges Only parking areas, including the assigned garage parking and the first come, first served spaces inside and outside of the garage. ALL vehicles MUST have a parking sticker or parking pass in ANY stall. This includes the assigned spaces in the garage and all inside/outside first come, first served parking. NO RV, boat or trailer parking permitted at any time.
Parking passes will be required. Each owner will receive two window sticker passes that must be placed in the lower right of the vehicle’s windshield. These owner stickers are for owner or long term lease tenants ONLY. Each owner will also receive two temporary hang tags to provide for short term guests. The hang tags must have all the information completed (stay dates, unit number, contact phone, etc.) to be valid.
The replacement cost for passes is $25 per pass. To receive your passes, please email Tim Holt at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time for pick up. You may also email Tim to provide authorization for your management company to pick up the passes.
