Lawn Mow Day:
Friday is the Mow Day. The townhouse gates need to be unlocked for them to mow backyards. (This day of the week is subject to change due to weather).
The townhome garbage containers are picked up on Wednesdays. Please have them out on Tues night. They need to be stored INSIDE the garages. The large dumpsters are for the condos. Please make sure all garbage is placed INSIDE the dumpsters, not just thrown over the gates. There is a recycle dumpster at the south east of the property.
There is a recycle bin next to building B. Please be careful not to place items in the recyling bin that will contaminate it. Recycling contamination occurs when the wrong items, or the right items prepared the wrong way, are placed in the recycling bin. If the recycling bin gets contaminated with even one bag of household food waste, the entire bin must be dumped as trash. It costs ALL community residents extra money when the recycling gets emptied as trash due to contamination. If you have any questions about this or want to learn more about what is acceptable for recycling, please visit Republic Services website about recycling at: https://recyclingsimplified.com/.
