HOA dues for THE PRESERVE ON CANYON ROAD are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 30th. To make a payment please go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page located under the HOMEOWNER INFORMATION tab. Modify Your Home:
You will need to fill out an ACC form which can be found on the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab. It is located under the Homeowner Forms folder. This form will need to be mailed in to our correspondence address at P.O. Box 1006, OREM, UT 84058 or emailed to email@example.com.

What is Covered with your HOA Dues:
This information can be found on the Budget. Go to the DOCUMENTS page located under the COMMUNITY INFORMATION tab to find a copy of the budget.
Owners or Occupants may keep not more than three (3) household pets weighing more than five pounds on any pmtion of their Lot or Home. Please clean up all of your pet waste immediately and make sure pets are on leashes any time they are outside.
No Owner or occupant may use or allow the use of the Home or the Common Elements in any maimer which creates noise between the hours of 11 :00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. which can be heard by persons in another Home that will, in the Board's sole discretion, unreasonably interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of any other Owner, members of his or her family, guests, invitees, or occupants of his or her Home.
Vehicular Parking, Storage, Recreational Vehicles ("RVs") and Repairs:
- No activity such as, but not limited to, maintenance, repair, rebuilding, dismantling, repainting, or servicing of any kind of vehicle, trailer or boat, may be performed or conducted within the Community; except within any enclosed garage that allows for vehicle storage, or in the case of a boat or RV, temporary repairs (not to exceed 72 hours).
- RVs, boats, trailers and similar vehicles may not be parked in a driveway in
front of or on the side of a residence or any private street for periods of time in excess of72 hours.
- Parking in fire lanes (as designated by the Association or as designated by local government or a local fire protection authority) shall not be permitted.
