Homeowners' Association

The Homeowners’ Association for Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle was established in November 2018.


The HOA is currently governed by 3 elected Board Members (required to own property in the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle) with 2 year terms:


During the November 2019 Annual General Meeting, 2 advisory Board Member positions (required to own property in the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle) were created. Each position has a 2 year term.


A Snow & Ice Advisory Committee was formed by the Board in January 2019 to focus on how to deal with the weather crisis during the 2018/2019 winter and future years.   Plans are developed to improve costs vs. service.  The committee is comprised of owners from the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle.  Please contact Tom Cormack tommycp1@yahoo.com (HOA President) with questions about this committee.

A Landscape Advisory Committee was formed by the Board in May 2019 to focus on maintenance and updates of our neighborhood landscaping.  The committee is comprised of owners from the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle.  Please contact Karen Caldwell bwctkc3@sbcglobal.net (HOA Treasurer/VP) with questions about this committee.  


Administration of the Architectural Guidelines for the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle is delegated to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) appointed by the Board. As required by CC&Rs for the Villas at the Retreat at Jordanelle, all exterior construction of any kind must be approved by the ACC prior to commencement of any work. Day to day management duties for the HOA are administered by a professional management company. The HOA Board has chosen to contract with Advantage Management & Real Estate Services LLC. To contact them with any questions or concerns, use the Contact Us tab.
