CLUBHOUSE USAGE – MASKS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
Per order of the Board of Directors, effective immediately usage of masks while in the clubhouse, for any purpose, is mandatory at all times. This includes the use of masks while exercising.
Wasatch and Summit County Continue to be high risk for transmission of COVID-19. We must do our part to curb the risk of transmission. Users of the clubhouse who are found without masks will be asked to leave the facilities.
Thank you for doing your part to help stop the spread of COVID-19 within the Retreat at Jordanelle Community.
Trash Can Reminder
We wish you all a Happy and Healthy New Year!
This is a friendly reminder to all residents that garbage/recycle cans are not to be set out any earlier than Wednesday night and must be put away no later than Thursday night. Many cans have been set out 5-6 days early. Not only does it look bad, but it also makes it difficult for the snow plows and with high winds, potentially causes trash to blow around the neighborhood.
Landlords and property managers, please make sure your tenants get this information.
Thank you in advance for your help with this issue!

November 2020 - Snow Removal Information
We hope that this email finds you all well and healthy. As we move into what appears to be an early winter, we share the following information with you in an effort to achieve the best results for all residents.
The Villas at the Retreat HOA has hired a new snow removal and landscape partner. Stratton and Bratt will be serving the community for the coming winter snow removal and Summer 2021 lawn care. They will be not start removing snow until it reaches a depth of 3 inches or more.
They will hand shovel the snow on driveways with on car parked in them, but it will be the last thing that they do as part of the community snow removal services
They will exercise care when working around the car in the driveway, but they will not be held liable for damages to any car in a driveway without proof of negligence on their part
They will not clear any snow from driveways with two vehicles parked in them. Residents with two vehicles in the driveway will be responsible to remove all snow from their driveway.
They will not clear any snow off the driveway that is brushed off a vehicle onto the driveway, if the snow is brushed off after they have already cleared the driveway.
They have been asked to apply ice melt sparingly to help preserve the surface of the concrete. We ask owners who apply their own ice melt, to please do so sparingly.
